My intention for this sound was for it to be used for some kind of fire sword in a video game. However, because it is more of an abstract sound when there is no visual, it could be for whatever you’d like it to be!

I made this using a couple of whoosh sounds (from the magnificent HISSandaROAR sound library), and I added some character and low end to them by layering a synthesizer on top. For those interested, the synth I used is called Vacuum. It’s the one that comes packaged with Pro Tools.
